G-BBDG is now sitting on proper Concorde specification landing gear for the first time since 1990. A unique feature of Concorde was its tail bumper wheel which was necessary to avoid the possibility of tail strikes during take-offs and landings. Brooklands has a tail wheel ready to be fitted to Delta Golf once the tail cone has been attached to the rear fuselage. |

The nose gear slowly swings down into position as the aircraft continues to be raised upwards |
Jacks are then positioned under the aircraft and the airbags are removed |
